It is true that Medical Billing is a real business, but it is not something you just sign away for a course on it and start raking in the dough. In magazines there are many ads selling medical billing at home businesses. They all lead you to believe you can make $50,000 - $100,000 on up per year and all you have to do is contact the doctor's offices to do this service. The truth is, many offices handle their own medical billing claims, and the smaller ones that don't probably contract it out with companies that have relationships already with the doctor's offices and insurance companies. If you don't have a relationship with the doctors or insurance company, why would they allow you to medical billing for them when they don't know you from Adam? I would look around for a better way to make money than trying medical billing.  For
